Time & Email Productivity Training

This workshop will focus on the theory of managing one's time and email effectively. In depth instruction is provided on how participants can use their electronic productivity tool, Outlook or Gmail, to more effectively manage their calendar, email, contacts and tasks. Participants will also learn how to plan their day, prioritize, multi-task, and manage interruptions during their day.. This training not only discusses key email management techniques but also discusses best practices for writing and crafting email for optimal results. Upon completion of the class each participant will develop commitments and an action plan.
