ACT! Basic Services
With ACT! Basic Services, we install the newest compatible version of ACT! on your network, consult with you on the basic preferences and settings that will meet your business needs, and assist in importing data from other contact management systems.  This service enables the computer-savvy business team to begin effectively utilizing ACT! within half a business day.

ACT! Custom Design
The ACT! interface can be customized to meet your specialized business needs.  With Act! Custom Design, we will modify ACT!’s layout and customize its fields to provide you with the one view of the most critical information for your business. you With ACT! Custom Design services, we will also consult with you on creating ‘Groups,’ a key feature to assist you in organizing and sorting contacts for mailings, lists and reports.

ACT! Basic Training
We provide basic training in ACT! to help you and your staff get started utilizing the software right away, During training, we provide one-on-one, hands on instruction on utilizing all  basic ACT! functions, including entering contacts, creating categories, and customizing information (data fields? what kind of information it is exactly that you are customizing?).  We also teach you to take advantage of ACT!’s integration with Microsoft Outlook, showing you how  to write emails from both ACT! and Outlook and how to save important emails to the notes/ history section within ACT!

ACT! Advanced Training
This one-on-one training moves current users to the next level of “ACT! aptitude.” Participants learn how to create customized reports and mail merges and how to make design and functional changes to their ACT! databases.  By the end of this session, participants will understand how to transform ACT! into their complete information manager, allowing them to rid their offices of unnecessary paper files.
