About K.J. McCorry

K.J. McCorry is an excellent communicator and a great understanding of how companies and people operate through her diversified work experience. K.J. founded Officiency, Inc., in 1996 and specializes in improving business operations to be more efficient, resourceful and productive. She has excellent knowledge of various IT applications and has a superb ability to facilitate groups and teams.

K.J. is considered an expert in her field. She is the author of Organize Your Work Day in No Time (Que Publishing). She has been recognized locally and nationally in The New York Times, International Herald Tribune, Chicago Tribune, Real Simple, Better Homes & Gardens, Denver Business Journal, Mobility Magazine and many others. She was a contributing writer for the Boulder County Business Report from 2001-2010, and contributing author to A Simple Path to Sustainability; Green Business Strategies for Small and Medium Sized Businesses.

Ms. McCorry was nominated twice by her peers for the prestigious Founders Award with the National Association of Productivity and Organizing, recognizing leaders who have furthered the productivity industry. She was also selected as a finalist for the 2008 Oppenheimer Funds Entrepreneur of the Year Award, who recognizes entrepreneurs who have successfully built businesses and positively impacted the community.

Ms. McCorry received her BA in Psychology and International Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado and an Executive Masters in Business from the University of Denver. She currently is based in Boulder, Colorado.
