Organizing for Workplace Efficiency
Training
All
organizations are challenged to effectively utilize their
most valuable resource – their human resource. This
challenge becomes even more critical during times of downsizing,
streamlining, and high-velocity change. To fully tap
into the talents, ideas, energies, and abilities of a diverse
workforce – individuals must be given the tools needed
to do their job. This practical, hands-on seminar series is
facilitated for managers, supervisors, executive assistants,
project teams, departments and administrators.
This workshop is different from other organizing trainings
because Officiency trainers work one-on-one with seminar participants
to customize the skills and systems learned in the classroom.
During the second half of the day (following the classroom
session), the trainer meets with each participant in their
office space to collaborate on how best to implement and customize
systems to meet their specific and unique job needs.
Our trainers have real-life experience as organizing professionals.
They will provide each participant with specific guidelines,
recommendations and "next steps." Upon completion
of the class each participant will develop commitments and
an action plan. This hands-on approach with personal
accountability guarantees measurable, sustainable, real change
in your employees’ productivity.
